My absolute favorite meditation music. Sometimes I fall asleep to it, sometimes I put in my headphones and just do things around the house. I’m very grateful for this track specifically, it has helped me a lot. 🙏🏻

I can’t describe it, but hearing this music makes me feel hollow and light inside me, like I know I have worries and stuff I’m scared about in life but at the same time it’s falling off of me as I take a step closer to this song, it’s like I’m breathing pure Air from Earth when it was still a Baby

it is absolutely Divine Nourishment. if i need to relax quick , when i travel airplane, or in the busy trafic i play it, when I lay down in yoga nidra i always play it .... in situations when i just need a reset button quick i always play it. is the quickest and most efficient medicine :). when somebody can't relax and let go i always give them the link. this is a blessing .
