HOW TO MAKE AUTHENTIC GHANA BUTTER BREAD STEP BY STEP TUTORIAL | AGEGE BREAD | NO MILK NO EGG

Ingredients:
5cups or 600g - Bread Flour / Strong or Hard Flour or Ap Flour
1/3cup or 75g - Sugar
1tsp - Nutmeg
1tsp - Pineapple Flavor or flavor of your choice
1tsp - Salt
1/2cup or 110g - Butter
2 1/2-3tsp - Yeast
1cup - Warm Water + About 1/4cup more if needed
Bake in a 325*F Oven For 20-25 minutes if covered and if uncovers 15-20 minutes Please
If using margarine that does not require refrigeration please use 1/4cup or 55g - 1/3cup or 73g

The one major thing that keeps me coming back to this channel is the fact that you cater for everyone and I mean everyone! You have recipes for both the rich and poor, for those who have access to all the gadgets and ingredients and those who don't have access. Same food but two different ways to prepare them. I have fast action dried yeast (instant yeast), so I was just wondering how I would incorporate it into the recipe since I don’t need to proof it beforehand. Also, I have both strong white bread flour and plain flour (all-purpose flour), so which one do you suggest I use to make a soft, buttery and sweet loaf of bread?

I live outside Ghana and we don't Ghanaian bread there so l leant this kind of bread from one of the cooks in this channel but when I was doing it by business didn't go well.
