1/2 of a Medium Onion
1 - Garlic
1/2-1cup Water. Add little by little to your desired texture
Oil For Frying
Making Of 5lbs Bag
5lbs - All Purpose Flour
1 1/2tbsp - Baking Powder
1 1/2tbsp - Salt
2 1/2cups - Butter
1 - Large Onion
4 - Garlic Cloves Depending on Size
Making Of 25lbs Bag
25lbs - All Purpose Flour
7 1/2tbsp or 1/2cup - Baking Powder
7 1/2tbsp or 1/2cup - Salt
14cups - Butter
5 - Large Onions
20 - Garlic Cloves

Wow! I love this recipe, l always love all ur recipes bcos of these uniqness. I have tried thus particular chinchin recipe it was so tasty, never new chinchin can be so good too even without sugar. Hello Sweet Adjeley, the video you uploaded on how to stop oil from bubbling over was very timely. Thank you so much for sharing that tip. I had almost given up on frying chinchin altogether because of that issue. Do you have an email where we could send questions?
