I have this scope and LOVE IT! Its one of my favorite scopes BUT I hate a duplex reticle so much but I do get what you’re saying, Ive got the 5.56 bdc and loaded my ammo to it. Crosshairs are crosshairs you might as well get more info on it. The turrets Ive tested and they track PERFECT….. Im serious couldn’t believe how accurate and the glass is so clear and BRIGHT. Again its so great people need to buy this scope.

I can certainly appreciate an ultra light hunting rig. When my dad got in his 60s, I bought him a new 270 super light rifle and scope because we hunt in 8000 ft elevation. It was still in good shape and we both appreciated light sturdy scopes. Hunting up there is a true test of human condition. I hope you enjoy the new scope and please follow up with how you like it!

I’ve been running a SWFA 1-4x24 for decades. Great Japanese glass very smooth power adjustment extremely tactile adjustment dials. The reticle is perfect can’t say enough good things about this scope. Been looking for new glass for my Remington 700 BDL and probably going with this scope you’re reviewing.

Dang! Cant wait to shoot my 20x fixed! I have the 6.5CM build finished just today. MDT chassis with Folding Carbon stock! SWFA also has HD glass but not with the fixed versions.

Even using this scope as a dialing turret scope will be just fine. You don't need a huge turret on a scope to dial your holds for long shots. This scope will be fine for that. The only question will be how long will it last? Will dialing on the turrets all the time cause the turrets to wear out and then no longer hold what you dialed. Other than that it would be fine to use as a dialing turret scope.

I have the bdc on a ar and lemme tell you its the best of everything! I was blown away and it tracks ACCURATELY ! For being light its tough also Ive seen a guy use it as a carry handle and it shrugs everything off. Its def my fav scope and I load my own ammo to the bdc its spot on! Enjoy and when you get it out the glass is so clear and bright !

Simpler is more better. Duplex ftw 🏁

Off the subject Have you seen the 6mm prc Talk about a fast 6mm with heavy for cal bullet or the copper bullet

Bdc reticles are junk! They aren’t caliber specific! If not ffp scope it’s a waste of money! All my scopes that are 2nd fp are duplex that I can dial
