SWFL Eagles ~ 💕 E21 IS BACK!! 💕 HAPPY TEARS & WELCOME HOME!! SuperDad M15 Brings A FISH! 4.5.23

💕💕 After being gone 5 days, E21 returns home to the nest!! Welcome back E21 you have been missed!
E22 flies into the nest first and gets dive bombed by shrikes. E22 starts to eat some of the old ACF the intruder left on the nest from yesterday. Then M15 arrives with a whole fish and E22 mantles and claims it! M15 goes to the veranda, then the attic - but then looks up and there is E21 floating in and lands right next to Dad!! Wow!! E21 then drops to the nest and both E's mantle over the fish = E22 keeps it. E21 waits on the left side of the next and then picks up the old ACF & tries to eat while waiting for its turn at the fresh fish. We always say Trust the Eagles!! Welcome home E21!! I would be so lost without Lady Hawk's explaining the events happening.🙏 E21 looks smaller, could be the camera angle. Love to see them together! 💕🙌 I can always tell when E22 is close by by the squealing. 😂 Such a beautiful sound!😅😂❤ Reminds me of Spirit the eaglet.

I watched the arrival of both Es coming to the nest live, my heart melted when i saw E21 as i have been so worried about her. Seeing them fight over food again that M15 brought really proved how much i had missed seeing them together. M15 has been a magnificent dad and bringing the fish to the nest to show them both that the nest is still theirs. Those shrikes are such a pest

I could hardly believe my eyes when I saw E21 land next to M15 on the attic. I thought it was E22, but then suddenly there were two dark headed eaglets in the nest. What an egg-citing day this is! An Easter miracle? Maybe not, but I'm beyond excited to see both babies together once again. I can't wait to see both of them at the pond, playing and dunking and having a great time!

I thought that was E22 that landed beside M15. E21 was already in the nest before anyone else showed up. At least that is how official SWFL channel seemed to described it. Now I'm not sure.

“Trust the Eagles” and “There’s no place like home” come to mind!! M was feeding 21 all along, look how healthy she looks! So happy to have them both together again. Our eagle family is reunited. M15 is definitely Dad of the Year, no question about it. ❤🦅🦅❤

I was so thrilled when I came back to the live video and saw both eaglets there!!! I yelled out WTF!!!???? And immediately texted my friend who I got hooked on the live eagle cam in SW Florida. Such joy to see both of the siblings back and Dad watching out over them. Thank you Lady Hawk for this absolute treat. Made my day!

Thank you, thank you, Lady Hawk, for capturing this amazing reunion for us. It was fun seeing M15 locking onto E21 and then seeing E21 plop down right next to dear ole dad, haha. M15 didn't even bat an eye, which leads me to believe he's known where E21 was all along and has probably been feeding E21. Regardless, I hope they have some more time together. It is so good to get visual confirmation that he remains alive and well!!! Another commenter on another video posted mentioned that it seemed like M15 was looking for him to come back or something to that effect. M15 probably has been feeding him off camera somewhere for the past few days. He's such a good dad; he probably usually knows where is children are!

I just saw them eating. Seeing E21 back in the nest is a relief!❤ Just like old times, taking turns having a fish sandwich. Those pesky birds keep dive bombing them . 🙂 So nice seeing them all together. Also, it's so nice to hear the squeeing. Suzanne--Thanks for that--something i've not thought of. We have a channel islands nest(west End) on Catalina island, Ca. and last yr, all three Eaglets fledged within days and we did not see them come back to the Nest on a Rocky Craig for food. The parents had followed them along coast and fed them where they landed, until they could hunt on their own. Happy for M 15 Esp. as it looked bad for E21 survival in a jungle of cars and a few trees to take cover in and hunt from. Glad i made the wrong assumption.

This is exactly what I was thinking. Just because *we* couldn’t see/find E21 doesn’t mean that Dad didn’t know where s/he was and was perhaps bringing him/her a fish supper on a regular basis. Whatever the story may be we are all glad to see E21 back with his family. M15 is truly a Super Dad!

This has made me extremely happy!! 💗 I read that parents are imprinted on their fledglings and not the nest so wherever the fledglings are, they go there. Parents are able to recognize their voices. When E21 hasn't shown up for days, I held onto this and believed M15 knew where he was all along and was feeding him wherever he was. Welcome back E21 🦅

(And, maybe a little cute and funny, too! Lol)😍 Sorry, I couldn't respond to your other message on BB. I can only post a few in a day, spaced far apart so they don't go missing. Then, I double check each one with a device that's not signed into my CC account to see if it's visible. Once I hit the invisible mark, if I post another comment, it will not be visible and I will be invisible for the rest of that day and maybe two. Right now, that's the best I can do. Hi CC - I still have problems too. Suddenly it takes me 30 seconds to post one letter so I give up. A message comes on asking if I want to report the error, etc. (It'll say UTube isn't responding) I know I've reported an error at least 50 times! I make sure I have UTube updated at Google Play. The other day I couldn't see any updates from Lady Hawk. I then realized I was unsubscribed from her channel - which I didn't do. 🤔 I'm so happy and relieved E21 is back! This is the best. Yes, they will eventually leave when Daddy M-15 has prepared them. To see E21 return to the home nest in good condition, well, my heart was very happy. And shrikes, you need to move. M-15 and Harriett were here first!

This was the highlight of my eagle watching season. The best ever seeing both E's back on the nest and sweet 21 home on the range. I saw 2 eagles on cam3 at 10:20:10-10:20:19 and wondered if 1 might be 21, then 22 left that front log pile and flew toward the pond at 10:20:22 and my hopes were really high 21 was back. Yay congrats for the reunion on the nest. Love this eagle family! Thank you Lady Hawk!

E22 is smart and can fly with the best of them now. She came in high so as not to commit herself and checked out the situation by performing a brief hover maneuver. Then she saw her dad and sister and made a perfect landing beside M15 with ease. It's amazing how fast they learn.

I am so pleased. I knew in my heart that E21 would be back like E17 went off and came back again. Dad must be competely Eleted at this family reunion. As they say : "There's no place like home". This is a nest like no other. 🥰

So glad 21 is back and 22 made it back into the nest, he was looking a little weak yesterday trying to get off the ground, or else he was wet from his bath in the pond. Dad has been keeping a close eye on him.
