M15 and F23 continue to come to the pasture and pond even though E23 has left on its journey. F23 flies in to the nest for a very brief visit - she is harassed by shrikes so she flies to the pond and then gets pestered by a crow. She soaks her feet in the water - then walks with some pep in her step along the water's edge before flying to the office oak to hang out.
M15 flies in to the pond for some sips before he flies to the office oak to join F23. Meanwhile at the pond we have our resident anhinga seen with a fish in its beak swimming to the pond cove. The anhinga beats the fish on the branch until it is free from its beak and then swallows it down in a big gulp! The anhinga swims to the overhang branch and perches drying its wings. A couple of the pasture horses enter the pond for a quick dip and then back out to graze. The cam op pans the pond and finds F23 on the overhang branch perching. Thank you for watching!
