Jay literally ruined the competition in this game and chances for anyone other than chicken or swift to win. The longer they went with no deal the smaller the chance. You have to make a fair trade and hope you have luck

in Douglas position with the extortion i would have said no, and left it to chicken to pick up the ball ;D besides, it was swifter who steered the "negotiations" and the way i see it anything above 500 dollars sounds unreasonable. 400 would suffice in that situation. May be a bad take, but i would not let myself be bullied like that, and extorted out of the game, it sets precedent for future games. This way i would let the community know i was not easily bent over.

This is so fuckin painful to watch. Swift and Chicken Were good at planting the seed of doubt, making them stall as long as possible. If i was Doug or Dwhite I would have gave Jay an Ultimatum, Do a deal right now or I give everything to Chicken for a 1dollar and we all loose.

I think Jay had the right idea but I agree with your end game feedback...they should've all included a specific number of houses each person would get as apart of the deal. Jay crumbled because he was getting yelled at but the reality is everything went through him just as much as the others and he got yelled at because he literally made no counter offers...just no, no, no. Hopefully they'll take some notes n move forward. Also clutch on YOUR behalf for creating the traction for them to keep the game rolling.
