It's called the "narcissistic smirk" and she has mastered it. I am not calling Kiernan a narcissist, but that is what she is mimicking with that smile. It looks so creepy and makes you feel gross because a narcissist will use it they are celebrating a perceived win.

Okay I’m late to the party here. I found this because I was a big fan of the original, I actually saw it in the theater. This looks interesting. What worries me though is it looks like the new Frank Whaley character, the beautiful little blonde, is going to know everything and end up winning in the end because she outsmarted everyone. That was not what Swimming With Sharks was about. I don’t want to see a show about an intern who knows it all. I had one of those once and I had a great time showing them how much they didn’t know! I will see if I can find this somewhere.

A lot of people will only be watching this show for either Kiernan Shipka or Diane Kruger

Kevin Spacey was so effing crazy in that film...it was so easy to hate Kevin AND his character.

Except it's only using the basic plot of the fresh faced Hollywood engenu turning into a cold, calculating vamp. Other than that, it's more like a fleshed out version of the Kevin Spacey movie with the same name and premise.
