We got incredibly lucky swimming with 2 Humpback whales and numerous manta rays at Heron island on the Great Barrier Reef

Awesome footage, thanks for sharing with us all. Were the Mantas eating the jellies? And were you getting stung by those jellyfish?

Thanks Tony glad you liked it, the mantas seem to deflect the jellies away although we have seen turtles at Musgrave eating the same type of jellyfish. Yes we do get stung from time to time with those jellies but it’s a very light sting, bit like sea lice.
