I agree Wade, we didn’t see many of these paddles in PNG but we did see quite a few in the Solomons.

Absolutely our pleasure Alaxander, the people in these remote areas have a tough life but never complain and are phenomenal people. We do as much as we can without damaging the local culture and will continue to do our best. These people teach us a lot about life and what’s really important.

Love the underwater footage! Such a shame you're being harassed in the marovo lagoon.... We didn't get any issue when we were there in 2019. Upi is such an amazing resort, we really enjoyed it!!

Fantastic video, really beautiful. Was this a January cruise? I was looking at November on the Nansen but a bit concerned with the amount of floating ice that could impact excursions.

@@sailingnusa4228 Thankyou for replying. When in November were you there? We are November 16 to the 30th. Did you ever consider going later in the year to see more whales. Looking at your videos it does look like the time when it looks its best.

We boarded the ship on 3-11-23 for 22 days, Falkland Islands-South Georgia-Antarctica. Yes we did consider going in January/February to see the penguin chicks and more whales but in the end decided on pristine Antarctica which is what we got. We didn’t see that many whales but we do see a lot sailing the east coast of Australia.@@MrGazzaFreeman

Yes the water clarity was spectacular, the fish are Hump head Unicorn fish.

Absolutely and it definitely got tested this season a number of times with 35-45knots for 3 days going to the Solomon’s and 65 knots for 15 hours at anchor in North Queensland.
