From a live Match of the Day from the County Ground, Swindon Town played Aston Villa in the FA Cup 5th round on the 16th February 1992 . Jimmy Hill, Des Lynam and Alan Hansen's pundit box takes a stoning

I remember being there on Stratton Bank that day. It wasn't rocks being thrown; it was sweets they were giving away on the way in. I remember it being more an act of whimsical fun rather than aggression. Fans were still raw over Hill's comments condoning Swindon's punishment of relegation to Div3.

Hold on. Anyone who's from or know Swindon and the county ground should know that it isn't the Swindon fans throwing stones. The stones are coming from the Stratton Bank which is the away supporters stand? It's the Villa fans throwing stones.
