Pouring medium for colours: 1 part vivid enamel 1 part Rust-oleum triple thick matt varnish
Cell activator: 1 part Australian flood floetrol 1part Amsterdam titanium white
base layer: 1 part Amsterdam Lamp Black 3 parts owatrol water to thin
NOTE: An alternative for Cell Activator that works for me:
Cell Activator: Titanium White (AMSTERDAM) and water only! thinned down until your practice puddle explodes with cells!
