The design is absolutely phenomenal, simplistic, and amazing. The private room in the lounge’s design is also amazing, the view is also amazing. It’s a dream for an aviator to be in that room. It’s just phenomenal.

I was quite the plane spotter myself when I was a kid. I still enjoy watching planes, and I'm that my mom would've fought with me everyday to get me to stop watching these KZfaq videos if they were around in the 1980s when I was a kid. I remember flying to London and back (to Kansas City) via Chicago O'Hare both ways, in I believe, 1982. I was first plane spotting at London Heathrow, I remember seeing Swiss air planes, but since it was the early 1980s, I remember them being DC-10s. I remember a Lufthansa (don't remember what kind besides that it was the kind without the small rear wings on the top of the tail), IB airways, Olympic airways, Air Lingus, Air India, Nippon airways, SAS, and another TWA 747 (we were on one of those London to Chicago also). Oh, and of course I remember plenty of British airways, 747s, L1011s, 737s, 727s (with the short smashed down looking tail, I'm sure you can picture the ones I mean)), and DC9s, and they still had the old 1970s and early 80s livery with the corner of the UK flag on the tail and red above the flag corner. Then when stopping through Chicago, I plane spotted some more. I don't remember as much variety as I remember from Heathrow (and I really do remember each of those airlines I listed), but I still remember a few non-American airlines there too. One Swiss air DC10, Air Lingus 747, and a Lufthansa 747. But I don't remember seeing any British airways there. I then, as we waited for our TWA 727 to fly us Chicago to Kansas City, I saw plenty of other TWA and United planes backing out of/arriving at gates, taxiing, taking off, and landing. And we walked past a boarding United 747 which showed it was destined to Honolulu. And that was all a very fun and exciting experience for me, which is why I still remember so much from it even though it was 1982 and I was only 7

Was in Zurich today flew out back to Ireland. Love Swiss, they are very perfect, like the Swiss themselves!

I was one of the first passengers to fly Swiss from Montreal to Zurich and I was impressed with everything. In economy, surprisingly, I was so comfortable, the aircraft was spacious and smelled brand new. The food was some of the best I've had in economy class and not only that but you're served with silverware and cloths not cheap cartons and small meals in economy class. I felt great after. The 777 although amazing is no comparison to A380 in comfort but I was very comfortable.

Swiss is my favorite airline! Amazing service, comfortable seats, and very kid friendly!

Have experienced Swiss First many times over flying from America to Zurich to visit my Sister. Usually fly Lufthansa First Class on the outbound and Swiss First Class on the return. Both proffer OUTSTANDING service. I especially enjoy Lufthansa outbound as they have a SEPARATE COMPLETE FIRST CLASS TERMINAL in Frankfurt and I purposely book a three hour layover to give me time to shower and refreshen up and have a bite to eat. Fly Swiss First nonstop home because after being away, I just want to get straight home. 😉

I couldn't agree more with Sam's review. In the last few years we always took SWISS First to fly to Bangkok. The only thing that we experienced differently, was that we never had the opportunity to sit in a S-Class Mercedes to be driven to the E Terminal. We were always transported with other First Class passengers in a Mercedes Bus to the E Terminal. Not really important, but here SWISS doesn't live up their advertised service. Or it could be that we are not so important passengers..... :-)

Love Swiss first when travelling with my 8 year old. She can be right where I can see her next to me in the middle two seats. Emirates have individual cabins and that’s no good for a child of this age. Also they can’t be joined. Not good when travelling with a partner either as you want to chat to your partner when flying. It’s part of the fun. Love Swiss!

Very rarely do I watch one of these flight review videos from beginning to end without skipping. Great video and an amazing Swiss offering. My only gripe would probably be the windows, making it difficult to peer outside with the added thickness of the extra curtain barrier.

I agree, Swiss is one of the best in Europe. I haven't tried their first class package but even at a lower level, they are very good.
