Hey all! In this review I take a closer look at Sword of the Vagrant which was released for the Nintendo Switch the other day. Sword of the Vagrant can be described as a two-dimensional action game that contains a lot of RP. In this review I discuss basic aspects of the game and how it is experienced on the Nintendo Switch. a big tuber should initiate a petition to finally port "Odin Sphere" to switch. one of the best games in this 2D style, CPU of switch can handle it. but no port yet odin sphere is similiar to this, but longer playtime

I'd grab this up if it goes on sale but the jumping issue has me concerned

The bad thing is that the jumping feels insensitive. The good thing is that only certain parts of the game involve platform jumping. Mostly you run around on flat surfaces and fight enemies.

the animations are pretty stiff and clunky

Had terrible issues with controlling Vivian. Couldn’t run in the right direction (By double pressing the direction button)…just works for the left side. My first thought was: my joycon is broken. So I bought a new one..but the same shit happens again. That means: I Can’t make the jump sections in the game (where you have to create momentum By running to do the distance jumps). I don‘t know if somebody experienced this..but in my case the game is unplayable cause broken. It’s so sad cause I like the game.

Throwing player back from stagger elements lasting way to long leaving you open to attack unfair advantage for the computer magic use wasted.
