Nice work! Recently, on evening Bullet we were stopped at Hazo fir ages as V set ahead had issue with an oil on bogie to stop squealie device thing. Went up and had a great chat with driver - NB. I **think** his door was manual and opened inward?! - anyways a passenger who got his missus to pick him up from The Toomb glanced at the ID number as he walked by us and remarked, 'Oh, yrah i know this one' - insert number whateves that was - 'i used to ride on that one all the time when i lived in Southern Highlands!' lol. So excuse my ugnorance, but The Bullet is an xplorer or endeavour like this vid is/was Artist Formerly Known As Endeavour??!

The Transport NSW TrainLink Regional logo on Xplorer car 2508. The very first time I saw it in just this video.

Other differences include the external speaker on the ex-Endeavour next to the crew door, along with a door button below the speaker. Both of them are painted over.

I can also see another difference, Xplorer number set 8 has the NSWTRAINLINK Logo and the others don’t.

Also to the ex-Endeavour having NSW Transport logo on it while original Xploror doesn’t have that. Very interesting vlog but iv known that for years now. I wonder why not all Endeavours are being replaced? Interesting

Hi Phil, thanks for another interesting video. I can't recall ever seeing either Endeavours or Explorers when I was living in Sydney. I gather the Explorer trains are used for Sydney to Canberra. Where do the Endeavour trains go? I remember years ago, the Canberra traijn used to split in half at I think Queanbeyan, with one part going to Canberra and the other to Bombala via Cooma.
