@@emilyrees3930 when it comes to people she definitely has a sixth sense/superpower, she's usually pretty good a reading Kelly's emotions and feelings and knowing when he needs help or support, she can smell a femme fatale a mile away (Hope, Renee, Seager), she can extract any gossip she wants from people and she's the only one at 51 that can cheer up Boden when he's in a mood. 😂

To be honest this whole thing was Brett fault instead of putting the blame on Matt for his actions how would she had felt if the roles were reversed if Sydney was assigned to work with Brett while Mackey's away would you be cool with it or would you treat her the way Casey is treating Graniger. For your information Matt isn't still in love with Dawson he is in love with you, Brett you're just jump in bed with the lieutenant just to get over Matt and that was wrong you were wayyyyyyyy out of line for that. Matt was right to be all up in that man's face like that and you know it. You were way out of line to use that man just to get over Matt. You've should of been honest with that man when he asked about you and Matt had something going and ended right then and there not leave and then go to bed with him are you crazy? You just did that just to prove to him that there's nothing going on between you and Casey anymore. And that argument between Matt and the lieutenant was your fault as well. Instead of getting mad at Matt you've should of gotten mad at your own self. Yes Matt is still in love with Dawson but his love for you is real.

@@bhd7721 the difference here is Casey didn’t rub it in her face he was actually really considerate of her feelings.. he tried to hide his shirt.. Sydney picked up on it and he ended it with her. I think Matt’s jealous behavior was a bit childish for him... it didn’t fit his character...

@@estherwebster5879 this was the first script.i read it in article and also many others read it.but because Jesse Spencer have to sign new contract jon ecker is still here.in interview kara kilmer and Jesse Spencer said these new love interests will be just flings.and Matt with sidney had indeed a fling.but for Brett is not a fling but a serious relationship.in the two last episodes we will see what is gonna happen.haas said the finale is rough.

I'm so over this storyline. Either put them together already or don't. The first 2 episodes were the best of the season and the episodes after have been just blah and painful to watch. I'm hoping the second half improves and we actually get meaningful Brett and Casey scenes.

I am not mad at Sylvie at all -- she is free to mingle like a Pringle. She had to get that monkey off her back plus boyfriend is easy on the eyes. Matt will not be ready for Sylvie until he gets his mind right and exorcises the ghost of Gabby. But in other news...is it me or is Severide getting sexier as he gets older? The first time I saw Taylor Kinney and was like "Dayum he is juicy" was when he played a werewolf on "Vampire Diaries".😄

In the preview of the new episode of Chicago Fire, Casey suffers a concussion again, in the 1st to the 2nd season the same thing happened to him, but I remember that the doctor warned him that if he was a soccer player, he would say goodbye to his career, the same thing is repeated. of Mills? Will Casey go crazy and attack everyone? Or will the producers go about their clown of bringing out another important character from the show by making Casey retire due to concussion, or will that bring him closer to Silvia?

One question.matt broke up with sidney after one night because he loves Brett. that said to Kelly and he did not said lies.brett is still with Greg and he will be for long time .so who is in really love with the other?how she blames Matt he is in love with Gabby and he want also to be with her and the same time she is doing the same to Greg? @@Pallada8888 i don't know exactly what happened in this episode but the script changed because Gianna left.and i think jesse Spencer didn't sing new contract maybe he will leave from the show too. and because of his problem the doctors will not let him to be firefighter anymore and till the end of the season he will leave from the show.and because finally kept the watch maybe he will confess to Brett he is really still in love with Dawson and like this that story will be over and the door for jon ecker Greg to be in the show for next season to replace Matt is open. that watch if i understand correctly have some connection with Gabby and Matt and i think because of that Matt realize he is really still in love with Gabby and the Brettsay is over starting in this episode.so maybe the script was saying Greg will leave and Matt will be together with Brett but everything can change because of the contract.

Agree. The show needs fresh blood. Grainger seems like a nice guy, both personally and professionally. I don't like the idea of using him as an obstacle on the way to Brettsey. The writers could have found a better way to use his character. Coz he actually fits good in the show.

Of course there's a connection between Matt and Sylvie ,it's been foreshadowed and built over 2 years, this is Sylvie's roadblock, Matt has already had his. And they are going to end up together it doesn't matter if people like it or not.

In the interview that Matt aka Jesse spencer and brett aka Kara killimer with nekia Michelle said they are going to get together in the middle of the season and the writers are giving them the slow burn 🔥 they don’t want to rush Brett and Casey together because it wouldn’t end up well but Kara and Jesse said they have a good relationship on and off the show Brett and Casey does have chemistry but what the writers are doing at this moment is letting Brett get her rocks off with someone else but everyone knows that Casey is going to tell Brett how he feels about her and things are going to fall in place for them both #brettsy

This season there are only 15 episodes.greg will be with brett until episode 11 at least maybe more.jesse said they will be together till the end of the season.but this interview was some time ago.maybe the writers change their minds and they will not put them together never.everybody was saying Greg is leaving after the episode 8.that is changed.he will stay for the next three episodes at least.maybe the writers change their minds completely about Brettsay and they will be never together.the reason for the writers to change their minds is exactly to not do what the people want or are waiting for to see.

Actually there are either between 16-20 episodes this season i saw it online. The last episode will air on may 16 2021.

Gotta admit I'm not liking Brett atm. She's saying that he's still in love with Dawson, but won't even listen when he says that he isn't? Personally casey forget about her and move on. If she is not going to listen and give you a chance to talk then there's no chance.

Especially when she left him just like that the was perfect!! When she moved out form their home without to tell him and left again they was perfect! When he asked her to not go to that station because of that bad lieutenant and she get angry with Matt they was perfect! When she get out to look for bria without to tell that to Matt they was just perfect!! If the perfect couples are like this and i was like Matt i prefer to be with a woman like Brett and never mind if we are not perfect.
