Very interesting. I have started taking a D3 supplement (I know I was borderline low) and have suffered with IBD most of my life, which is autoimmune. The one thing I will comment - empirically Zinc supplementation definitately has a big effect on colds and chest infections; I have been taking 15mg/day for past 12 years.

The hypercalcemia might well be controlled by the addition of Vitamin K2 in an adequate does to direct the calcium from the serum to the bones and teeth, by doing this it would be protective from endothelial deposition of calcium?????????? Yet another angle to consider.

Not watched this yet, but I can say objectively I feel healthier and great when I have spent many weeks/months outdoors in the sunshine and conversely, unhealthy and depressed and even sick with flu/virus/cold when I have spent months trapepd indoors in middle of winter. I think the sun exposure is able to activate vitamin D in the body but I am no expert.

There is a vital difference from Treatment Doses vs Maintenance Doses... RDA is a Health fraud. Also COVERT-19 is a Toxic Exosome... There is no such thing as a Virus in nature... only Bacterium and Exosomes (Healthy or Toxic). The entire Allopathic Medical profession (Industry) is a Fraud upon humanity.... the whole vaccine industry is the re-Introduction of Toxicity into the body to create a Virus personality by a Toxic Exosome episode... Vitamin D Treatment doses is a powerful detoxifier... which will remove the COVER-19 episode/experience from the body....

Obviously this one did not do her homework before bashing others on KZfaq. . . There are several studies which demonstrate a 39% reduction in mortality rate when supplementing Vitamin D-3 to fight influenza. Also, bolus doses do NOT work. This is where this work on mice made a mistake.

No surprise when you realise that COVERT19 is a Toxic Exosome.... Vitamin D is a powerful detoxifier...

I think one of the issues with the trials is the large infrequent dosing used. Daily dosing may be more effective.
@mem1701movies2 жыл бұрын
I read that daily is best but weekly was almost as effective and monthly wasn’t good at all. Then they’d do insane ones like once a year which is terrible.

I've been doing my own trial (N=1) and preliminary conclusions are that for skin disease, topical application (D3 in an oil applied to the skin) works a lot better without side effects than oral administration.

Take a look at who funds these people first. Yes, it's those who see vitamin D3 as a threat to their profits. Also, even I know high monthly bolus doses of vitamin D3 are unless.

math help: 17:50 UYUUUGE DOSOS = 7000 IU/d (for a 70kg individual) 19:05 BIG WHOPPING DOSES = 2000 IU/d 20:52 3000 IU/d

She did a good job on the basic sciences but her review of the clinical studies was a complete failure exemplified by her horrid inability to distinguish between daily dosing and bolus dosing

22:29 "so what's the difference with the babies in sanatoria?" I've been doing my own trial (N=1) and preliminary conclusions are that for skin disease, topical application (D3 in an oil applied to the skin) works a lot better without side effects than oral administration. You probably can bet much, much higher vD concentrations in the skin this way (where it is needed) without driving up blood levels to points where you suffer from side effects (sleep loss etc.)

Vitamin D3/K2 goes together Not just D3 ALONE Melanated people need MORE cod liver oil, sardines, etc

It is said that vitamin d is really a steroid hormone. I hope there will be more research relating vitamin d and auto immune diseases.

It is strange how the human trials do not show any benefit when in theory you think it would. I suppose there are too many factors to tease apart in human biochemistry as to why taking vitamin D has no effect.
