Syncing a beat to the grid in Protools

Күн бұрынVideo tutorial on synchronizing music to the grid in Protools. This works for beats, karaoke tracks, background music, instrumentals, and other types of music.
You can then loop choruses, rearrange music, chop vocals, or any number of grid based actions.

surely bro not for me directly but i see what people usually look for! 1. Sidechain compressing 2.Simple shortcut videos are always great 3.if you can ever...mix a track from start to finish (explained) 4. explain sends,aux, and returns 5. how you treat main vocals 6. GAIN STAGING for the NEWBIES 7. Explaining the elastic audio/time function if possible

This is soooo much harder than it needs to be lol. Trying to track some drums for a friend who sent me a raw guitar track and it's a nightmare without a click.

what about doing the opposite.. I've a beat at lets say 93 BPM and my session in at 128BPM. How to turn the beat to 128 BPM?

Tab to transient can be pretty inaccurate to me. I prefer knowing that I got it exactly at the hit.

you basically have a little more frequency range at 48khz so it is better but not noticably

but sometimes you dont want to delete te intro of the beat, what do you do?

You do this, and then you move the beat down however many bars that you'd need for the intro and use the trim tool to pull it back out.

Ok so if you already know the tempo of the beat, I’m sure you can just insert the tempo and skip all of these unnecessary steps
