I get annoyed when people comment how silly this is or this man is a phony… I am not a martial art expert nor am I Russian… I am just a KZfaq watcher… However… This man has fists the size of grapefruits and forearms the size of my calves… He is relaxed and calculated… I believe he would punish 98%

Yes, straight jabs and especially punches with power cause vibrations into the cranium which can add up and shake your brain a bit. Not like a serious concussion but it can fog you up a bit, i practiced these on a heavy bag and always was foggy after my rounds.

No, it is a lot of rubbish, your joints will dissipate a lot of this shock, but make sure the bag is not ridiculously hard. I recommend to use wraps and decent gloves.
