Imagine putting so many christmas tethers on desolo so it becomes a giant disco ball.

Love the idea of the themed Christmas lights in this event. Will these possibly make an appearance as a new unlockable tether with custom colour options? Would be great for keeping track of on-foot tetherlines.

I gotta say... Since I've heard of astroneer, like 2017, I knew I was going to love the game... Just now, I finally bought my copy. You guys, are such amazing devs. You care for you game, you care for your players, you work like a family... I have watched the documentary about System era... Simply beautiful. And thanks for a great game system era :) Maybe call those giant crates “fallen presents” that would be funny There’s a bug (at least on Xbox) that my game crashes about a 1/3 of the time when I try to save the game. The save has gone through many updates, like since 1.0. I love my save and I’ve put so much time into it, and I hope this bug gets fixed some time. I know you guys are busy, I just thought to let you know about this bug

DEDICATED SERVERS!!!!!!!!!!!!

This game used to run very poorly, me and my friends could barely play it at certain points in development. But now it's working steadily enough for us that we can play and have no massive dips in framerate! Still some fluctuations tho, glad to hear performance is still such a priority you guys have been doing well already I can't wait till this game is in perfect condition to really flourish. Loving it so far For context we were playing cross play on xbox one x to pc (PC was buttery smooth the whole time - also was the host but it didn't make a difference with the framerate). But sometimes in other configurations with other xboxes.

This is sort of unrelated but I think it would be a good idea to add other solar systems and you need a special thruster like the hydrazine thruster but it uses a new recourse that needs nanocarbon alloy, explosive powder, and sulfer. And mabye a sort of map item. It's just an idea. Also the community event is a great idea and I can't wait for the update.

Update idea: make payload shipper that ships payloads of thing between planets and moons without the player controlling the vessel like you can select what planet/moon you want it to go and then it will travel to a payload landing pad.

Can't wait for the update. Is there any more info on dedicated servers?

When is Astroneer on ps4 going to get the multiplayer frame rate fix?

This is one of the most amazing games I have ever played. There are so many reasons why I list it as one of the best games of all time, here are a few reasons. 1. The visuals. The games has one of the most unique style of visuals out, it is very low poly but it gives it such a good feel. The stars in a the sky being rectangles, the simple clouds and sun, the plants and minerals, they all come together to give the game such a diverse and incredible feel. 2. The soundtrack, ohhh, the soundtrack. In my opinion, Astroneer has THE BEST soundtrack EVER. The music is amazing, the relaxing tones you find when exploring or just wandering around are soothing, the tense music that plays when deep underground is exciting, and the wonderful sounds that come from places like the core of the planets is absolutely awesome. The games soundtrack is diverse and some of the most beautiful stuff you will ever hear. 3. The gameplay. Astroneer drops into a world with nothing but aa base, your suit, and a drill. What you do next is up to you. You can explore, build, mine,experiment, travel to other worlds, be creative, play with friends, make bases, drive vehicles and more. There is so much to do on all of the planets and with each one comes a new a different enviroment and new materials. Everything is up to you in the amazing game. 4. The updates. Astroneer has been recieving new updates ever since it was launched, that means that whenever a new update comes out, there is more to do and more unique gameplay feature to utilize. This allows for the game to never get boring as you can always find something new to try out. I believe that for these reasons, Astroneer qualifies to be one of the best games ever.

I know this is a frequent question but what about editable habitats that you can walk in? Yes there’s the really talented people who build homes out of terrain and have a bunch of time, but what about the people who my not have a lot of time or a who are not really creative. So here’s what I’d like to see, base modules. To keep things sorta realistic. You wouldn’t see a two story house on every planet. You’d see something like small habitats that are connected by little hall ways. Then to also see color variants or maybe organic flowers and things can provide color. This is just a idea and sorry for a rant I really want to build bases with Interiors. Thank you for your time. Have a great holiday

It was so great how there was a PS4 pre-order exclusive theme :) And we couldn't pre-order it in the PS Store in Aus, that was cool too, eh? And nobody would confirm if buying a physical pre-order (out a week later than digitally) would include the theme? Yeah, that was super cool and thoughtful and not at all lacking in information for customers... who'd already bought the game on PC in Alpha no less... yeah... The vlogs are cool, maybe invest in a social media manager with just raw info to answer questions wince you've got instagram, site, facebook, youtube and every channel has different levels of info - but no clear direction on which one should be followed!

I have that same Microsoft ergonomic keyboard. It's pretty good.

I hope this new event module also has procedural (maybe some hand/community crafted) objectives you can do. Kind of like Nexus missions in No Man's Sky

Hi. I'm having a bug in which entering and exiting a vehicle, mostly the tractor, can make it glitch out, with wheels and parts frozen in place until it just disappears. Sometimes having only the beacon that was on the vehicle hovering in the air. I am playing the game on Windows 10 and in multiplayer with 2 friends of me.
