Thanks for this great explanation of Lupus. I’ve been recently diagnosed with Lupus but the doctor didn’t give me any information on this disease. Now I understand what type of this disease this is. Lupus sounds like a complicated disease. It’s quite scary. Everything’s in God’s hands. Hopefully they’ll be a cure soon since so many people suffer from this destructive disease.

I went 100% organic and have had more progress in 5 months than I've had with any treatment over my 34 years of seeking help. I had to give up all the goodies, you might only need to give up 1, or 3 like red meat, gluten, dairy, nightshade vegetables, caffeine, sugar, and anything highly processed. It's amazing! My mother was diagnosed with SLE and she’s having a flair up… she has it pretty severe and it’s really hard to watch. I’ve had to call my dad to rush her to the hospital bc of serious high fever and bp. She was delirious and in and out of consciousness. I’ll have to leave the country soon to go to the military and try to support my family. My mom is 48 and my dad 49, I’m 17 (18 in a month) and we can barely pay rent… I’m so worried for them but this is the only way they’ll be able to live at least semi comfortably in the last 30 or so years of their lives. I just hope I can get her help and although I care we have a rough relationship and her marriage is not going well either. This just have to get better ❤️‍🩹

@@mihaelatepsic3264 For me I thought I had carpal tunnel syndrome for the longest time, I’d have really bad pains in my joints and I couldn’t even sleep at night. My hands and feet would get swollen and I was really sick. You’ll know when or if somethings wrong, I had to spend a week in the hospital when I was first diagnosed because my lungs were collapsing and I had a few other issues. Hope you’re doing well.

For 2 years my doctors, many rheumatologist and immunologists thought I was fool and tried to convince me I didn t have it. The disease progressed and I needed to go to a clinic in Russia with physicians for them to do deeper analysis and put a diagnosis just more than a month ago. This disease is the worst possible thing with some of other AD and cancers, after my stem cell treatment hope will be better and I have nothing to lose. The worst thing is that after plenty researches I understood that I m the only responsible because the lifestyle I had during the 2016-2017 academic year... So frustrating

Study. Study your little heinie off! And read about one thing after another, like a trail of breadcrumbs that leads you to your answer. Oh, and Curiosity. Have it ALWAYS in your heart. You'll be great, I know, because you cared enough to ask. Looking forward to the great work you give to the world!

what if the susceptibility genes of less effective clearance is the main, primary reason why B-cells is produce antigens, i mean they produce because macrophages are presenting host-"antigenes" to the Th-cells, and those one are taking a decision to stimulate B-cells and "attack" host cells... is it mean that main problem in Th-cells and bad differentiation at thymus???? and what about less effective clearance? how does it work? the macrophages error?)
