Hi Everyone! I'm so excited to share this video! Green Bean Stir Fry or Gan Bian Si Ji Dou (干煸四季豆）is one of my favorite dishes from my hometown Sichuan! With the abundance of green beans in the summer, we often eat this dish 1-2 times a week! This recipe shows the simple recipe you can cook at home! And it is spicy, numbing and overall delicious! Ingredients:
Green beans 1 lb
Garlic 4 cloves
Dried chili 5-6
Sichuan peppercorn 1 tsp
Yacai 1 tbsp
Season with
Salt 1/4 tsp,
Soy sauce 1 tsp
Pinch of sugar

It is a kind of pickled vegetable from Sichuan! You can find them in Chinese grocery stores. It is also optional☺️
