大家好，我喺Gladys嘅媽咪，見到呢條片嘅時候真係嚇親我。我都同意華人面孔真係容易被針對。從前在英國生活嘅時候，不但被賊人破壞窗户入屋爆竊，倒亂一番。在街上和地鐵𥚃都多次受到騷擾。幸好有了之前的經驗，他們入伙前巳換上堅固的防盜門和窗，今次賊人撬門、撬鎖，都撬唔開。希望留英港人都要多加注意家居防盜。上次有賊入屋後，當地警察曾到訪我家作出建議，例如斬去遮擋門和窗的樹木，加強戶外燈光。天黑後搭巴士、搭地鐵都要留意車廂內的人流動。在巴士上要近車長；假如在地鐵車廂只餘下自己和小量異性，我們會在停站時轉換車廂。甚至有不止一次我要向其他人求助，指明那陌生人騷擾我，幸好每次都得到幫助。從前晩間外出都要有親友在車站接送回家，如果無人能在晚上幫忙就無街去。現在好得多，目前叫Uber 相對安全和化算🥰

係巴黎住時我長期都會帶一把縮骨遮，自己一個入黑後返屋企會拎住行。除左加多把鎖同cam，屋企錄定狗吠聲，有人敲門爆門時可以狂吠，一個人住要拎定鄰居電話，有危急事遠水不能救近火

以前大學係Manchester 住果時，啲警察都會去啲fresher week 到講safety in Manchester, 強烈recommend啲人天黑就坐的士，千祈唔好慳，同埋唔用天黑用耳機。我試過係大學Oxford road 果到比人搶電話，如果你帶左耳機其實會降低你自己嘅反應速度，當時既我就係因為聽緊歌，所以比人搶電話都唔識得叫。我同意Asian 係一定成為target，因為通常身上面都有貴重物品，電話一定係最新，仲有其他brandy, 所以真係要好小心

我阿哥去英國exchange返嚟話香港不愧係全世界其中一個最安全嘅地方，到到都有cctv，佢以前同同學租屋住，都係夾錢買cctv裝係門口，寫到明cctv recording，佢話亦識人用最傳統方法，養狼狗訓練佢做看門狗

I usually ask my friends/ relatives to come to my home to remove flyers, some derbies from strangers which can leave a message to potential burglars that we have people check on the home . Besides we ask our neighbours to pay attention to our home

i also came across a study that 60% of burglaries were commiited by the people that live near by you. not people travel from another town . so i dont 100% trust neighbours. they might not be doing it themselves. but they could be providing info for their complices and they will get a cut of it

Have you considered house sitting by someone you trust while you are away for an extended period of time? That person will look after your mails, clear snow and fallen leaves, walk your dog and feed your pet etc.

Particularly in winter time, boiler needs to be turned on regularly to avoid water inside pipe being frozen which may result in increased water pressure and burst pipe.

Good video 👍🏽。無論在世界任何地方都要防盜，只是防盜方法不同。在加拿大一樣，有朋友剛搬妥屋再外出吃飯，貴重物品都放在牀頭櫃，賊人在這短短的時間將她的貴重物品，全部偷光。超級傷心。所以千萬別將貴重手飾物品放在主人房的櫃筒。

I studied in UK 2x years ago. Quite surprised that some local people can easily climb to 3rd floor in less than 5 sec from ground floor outside without any equipment. Can imagine if these people were the thief, they could easily enter one’s property even in high floor.

我哋而家住愛丁堡，我哋呢區原本治安非常好，但呢排經常有賊破後門偷車匙然後偷車，呢度警察完全唔care，佢哋話唔夠證據，借啲意唔開工。問題係，佢哋全部着晒嗰啲白色防疫裝備，俾埋CCTV警方睇都話唔夠證據，即係其實冇可能捉到佢哋。我哋間屋暫時未俾爆竊，但隔離街已經俾人爆竊多次 😰

好在博主無事～一家平安是福👍 嗰邊罪案率偏高，以前在倫敦住，基本上只要一入夜出街除非一班人，如果一兩個人的話都無乜安全感。防狼器帶身係好似感覺安心少少，但都不時要提高警覺，常留意身前身後同埋盡量唔好入夜行人少的地方。當地朋友更表示夜行隧道更係禁忌，情願行遠少少過多兩條馬路都盡量避免。

英國治安真係差到一個點，係英國完全唔夠膽用名牌嘅衫，袋。真係Chinese 樣好易比人target ，前幾年治安真係無咁差呢兩年差到爆，重點係連本地人都話比你聽你報警都無咩用。

Yeah, I agree. As it gets dark earlier and earlier in the winter, it does get less safe. I've personally got verbally harassed and front door knocked in the course of 3 days very recently after dark. My husband didn't seem to be fully aware of what kind of danger they can indicate to women, especially a small Asian (I'm about your height, even a bit shorter really) woman, and he thought it's somewhat of a compliment (smh). There also had been incidents on buses like teenagers and old boys who think they are invincible and are just out for troubles so I'd really recommend people getting a driving licence. But yeah, us HongKongers have to realise that it's definitely not all roses and daisies just because it's a new country (to us) and it's actually important for us to be extra cautious until we can be sure that we know around the area and know how to stay safe if/when time comes. Glad you're all safe after all. Keep up the good work. 👍🏼💪🏼

如果你住的地方麻麻地，有可能是鄰居每天在家看著你們幾時出入，咁就可能被看中了，又其是没CCTV就很麻煩。還有送貨的人沒必是真是送貨，最好沒開門，現在没有以前英國咁安全，乜地方都可能會發生，經濟不景有又很多人失業，仲之小心。

我平時著到成個半homeless去做gym,所以好低調人地唔覺係我身上打到任何主義。當然physical上睇落肌肉型都幫助到我。講真佢地渣刀就算幾大隻都冇用，尤其天黑有d人隻手插入衫褲到要更加alert!
