大部份香港人，由細到大都住喺大廈。一般大廈，都有一百個以上嘅單位，賊人通常唔會知道你是否外遊。樓下有保安，入口有密碼鎖，家中又可能有外傭，爆竊確實較少見。因此當我哋搬去外國，首次住獨立屋，就缺乏意識同經驗，有效咁做好防盜措施。非常多謝 Reynolds Family, 你哋嘅分享，一定會幫到其他人。

如果大廈進行外牆裝修搭咗棚架，咁就唔係咁講法～～～我大廈因為以前就係隔離起樓搭咗棚架距離好近我哋，住戶就成為咗爆竊目標爆左屋企幾次好在第二次我屋企加強咗防盜冇擺貴重嘢先冇咩事

我有一位住曼城的朋友係2024年初比人爆入屋偷走咗個3支bass guitar,係佢地最貴重既野,佢有報警,但佢都自已去查案睇下隣居有冇可疑,最後佢係呢邊一間都叫大大地嘅樂器鋪見到偷走咗個既bass guitar 有2手放售,佢通知咗警察(我朋友係有晒資料證明支結他係佢既)最後佢可以攞番的Guitar。原來係一間叫CGX 嘅當鋪放比樂器鋪賣。2者平時都有買賣交易,警察話會再查問 CGX 呢3支guitar 嘅來源，因為放貨係樂器鋪賣係要登記（不過都可以借用其他人account ）仲有警察叫我朋友預備下mark 好我唔見咗電腦&ipad 嘅資料，希望可以找得番。

我朋友住香港村屋，之前新年都比人爆竊，好彩淨係偷左幾千蚊現金雖然有cctv，但啲賊包到實晒，都拉唔到佢話望出去係一個山坡，宜家都成日見到有人係果到，懷疑果啲人係睇住有無人，幾時可以入去事後就搵裝修加固左窗花，唔擺貴重野係屋企就算無人係屋企，都要開電視，轉左智能燈，可以手機set幾時開燈同埋有set左如果出左去，無啦啦有人入黎，就會響鐘出左去食飯都要睇住cctv有無人入黎你地可以參考下

現今各地經濟環境差、同樣治安差、法律亦被扭曲，賊人肆無忌憚偷竊Single house 或 Townhouse 都比較高成為目標，所以出入都要小心，希望你們一家人平安。

分享一些专业的意见。CCTV摄像头装太高也会有问题，太高就会有那种从高处往下看的View，这种View也会由于角度问题看不清盗贼的脸，当然这不影响事发后Playback整个进入屋前的过程。如果装的是Micro SD摄像头，确实装高一点会比较好因为那些记录就在摄像头的Micro SD卡内，如果摄像头被盗贼带走了就等于记录完全没了。如果安装那种带有录像机的系统，就不用担心摄像头被破坏或带走，所以摄像头安装高或低影响不大，反而要找个安全的地方安放录像机因为视频记录都在录像机内。12尺的高度，如果盗贼有心，依然能用棍破坏摄像头，或是Spray Paint摄像头。简单说，其实我们很难阻止有心人破坏我们的摄像头，最重要的是被破坏过后还有视频记录让我们Playback。重要的是视频记录而非摄像头，但如果你的视频记录是储存在摄像头内的Micro SD卡，那你的摄像头也就变成很重要的东西了，你不能丢失它。

以前英國後門無鎖都沒人入來，現在送貨員或夜間有人knot your door千萬不要開門，有些人會冲入來搶嘢，所以千萬要小心。❤

When going on vacation, I would recommend buying a big lamp and a socket timer. That way you can set the socket timer to a preferred time to turn the lamp on and off while you're gone to essentially trick people into thinking there's people home. My family uses this method when we go on vacations it's done us wonders since our house got broken into almost 10 years ago

Thank you for the sharing and glad that you and your family is fine. I’m scared and alert after your incident and finally took action to strengthen my house security. ( I even didn’t activate my alarm when I’m not home b4)😅😅😅

yes the claim will go smoothly if you have receipts. Besides original receipts, I would suggest you also scan them, so you can get them anytime once it is needed.

80年代後期，有新聞報道香港公屋單位門牆近鐵閘下面，有D用油漆劃左一條線或符號，表示係有人將會入屋爆格，所以當年見到就會盡量抹左佢！

認真建議安裝智能家居燈制同hub ,可以set不在家時定時開燈同電視，等街外人以為屋有人，因為佢地會覺得連續都無開燈等於成家人出左去旅行容易成為目標同埋如果平時有泊車係門口最好都係要泊返架車係門口，幾舊都好都要泊一架

Thanks for sharing! My parents' neighbours were recently robbed. They live in a townhouse complex. Their external security systems were disabled by the burglars, so it seemed like they had really studied the unit and knew how to turn it off. The police suggested a hidden security camera system.

重點你哋係網紅冇乜危機意識因為你喺頻道上，有意無意，公開咗自己屋企地址什麼人都可以睇到你個頻道不懷好意嘅人就好容易有機會所以好多網紅都冇提高這種意識安全，重量都不要公開地址或街道附近被不懷好意嘅人有機會，保護屋企人要好好處理這個問題。

應該不用買building insurance, 但可以買content insurance. 但個別貴重物品可能要每件加保費
