I've heard enough of T.I.'s music to safely affirm the following: T.I. is one of the most fundamentally sound rappers ever. From his rhyme schemes, his flow, his line construction, his clever use of multiple figures of speech and his use of syllabic verses, very few are on his level, in my opinion. He definitely needs to be in the conversation for the best rapper to ever have come out of the south and maybe top ten all-time. Nothing left to prove for him, but I respect him a lot for not straying away from the fundamentals of the genre in an era when the most successful artists have done so.
