Hi, how are you doing?
Today I wanna show you how to make the creamiest and coffee flavor cake, tiramisu basque cheesecake!
It is pretty simple, cause just mixing all the ingredients without any technique, you get perfect burnt basque!
Especially this one has coffee flavour, with mascarpone whipped cream as topping, it is so delicious!
So, let’s make the cake, share with family or friends, and enjoy the rest of summer : )
巴斯克蛋糕真是简单又浓郁的蛋糕啦,原味的已经足够好吃,但我是一个超爱奶油的人,所以这次在咖啡巴斯克的上面又加了一层厚厚的马斯卡彭奶油。
巴斯克蛋糕本身的口感是相对扎实浓郁的,再加上轻盈奶味十足的奶油,哎呀太好吃了吧吧吧!撒上可可粉,又有巧克力的味道,这么说生活还是有很多美好的一面嘛!(这里主要是跟工作的烦恼做对比)哈哈哈哈。
请跟我一起做一个提拉米苏巴斯克蛋糕,和家人朋友一起分享吧:)
原材料:
✐提拉米苏巴斯克蛋糕✐ 6寸
- 奶油奶酪 300g
- 白砂糖 100g
- 速溶咖啡 1 tbsp
- 鸡蛋 3个
- 玉米淀粉 1 tbsp
- 动物奶油 230g
- 马斯卡彭芝士 40g
- 动物奶油 350g
- 白砂糖 40g
- 可可粉
Note:
✐ 上下火230度烤30-35分钟
✐ 奶油奶酪提前室温放置约1小时
✐ 顶部奶油的量可以调节啦,我喜欢吃奶油所以放的比较多~

✐Tiramisu basque cheesecake!✐ 6 inch
- Cream cheese 300g
- Granulated sugar 100g
- Instant coffee 1 tbsp
- 3 eggs
- Corn starch 1 tbsp
- Heavy cream 230g
- Mascarpone cream 40g
- Heavy cream 350g
- Granulated sugar 40g
- Cocoa powder
Note:
✐ Bake for 30-35min at 230 ℃
✐ Prepare cream cheese in room temperature in advance for around 1 hour.
✐ The volume of topping cream can be adjusted, depends on personal flavour.

你好,請問打發馬斯卡彭起司和whipping cream 都要冷冷冷嗎?之前打發一直失敗😅

马斯卡彭从冰箱直接拿出来打发好啦,但动物奶油打发最好是在冰水上打发,持续保持低温(如果你的室温很高的话)
