Honestly been working great for me, and shoot $50 a month is a great deal for high speed Internet. Especially living in an apartment with no hookups needed.

This is an interesting idea. I'm not gonna shit on it cause it clearly works for a single, maybe even dual user. But I see now, it doesn't hook up to any fiber/coax lines. So essentially it's a Hotspot. So you are relegated to WIFI off it's own already wireless connection. I wanna see the speeds. Cool stuff either way

I also have T-Mobile Internet, the price is fair compared to other providers, and it’s good service, I’m happy with it. My previous provider charged me way too much for basic Internet that wasn’t even good, but since I’ve switched to T-Mobile I’m much happier. Yes, I do recommend this product.🙂

I got the same set up in my rig too. Real Happy with it too. So glad I copped this when they had the $30 a month promo. Now I'm locked in. And it's truly unlimited internet too. Internet works even in the desert.

I tried it. It's not worth it unless you happen to live near the tower. Speeds were all over the place. Unreliable compared with what I had. Paying less didn't mean it was worth it. Beware.

I have 1200mbps Xfinity for 102 a month. I've been trying out T-Mobile home Internet for the past week and I'm getting around 500mbps download. Not bad, but i get booted out of games and streams tend to play at low quality. Not good when we've been spoiled by Xfinity. If i hadn't it had Xfinity beforehand, i might've kept the T-Mobile Internet. I think I'm gonna send it back

@@xthat_boyx3753 I decided to keep it a lil longer and bought some Deco WiFi mesh pods from Amazon and just plugged them into my consoles and gaming PC via Ethernet and all the problems went away. I can't tell the difference now between Xfinity and the T-Mobile internet while gaming. I'm now seriously considering keeping the Internet and saving 60 bucks a month.

@@show305time4 I bought some Deco units, connected them to the T-Mobile modem, then placed them next to my consoles and plugged them in with Ethernet and we had zero issues, it was awesome actually; which caused me to cancel my Xfinity. BUT then we finally went over 1000 megabytes and T-Mobile has throttled us down, which will be a deal breaker. If you don't think you'll go over 1000 megabytes in a month, and you get good download and upload speeds, I say just get it along with some deco mesh units.

I strongly recommend going elsewhere. They'll charge for service not requested. The personal guarantee means nothing, so record all conversations! I will be making a video. You will hear straight-up fraud, lies, and just unbelievably discussing behavior.

I was able to work something out with T-mobile. Hopefully, everything continues to work out. It really bothers me when I'm promised something and gets stiffed. It wasn't easy though as I had to be proactive, but so far, so good.

I mean the concept is great but the infrastructure is a bottleneck. The 5G portal still shares the same bandwidth with other 5G users in the area just like another phone. If you're having a good signal it means you'll likely in the crowded area where things will slow down significantly during peak hours. And if you're living in rural areas there would be less traffic but likely less signal thus lower speed. It's the paradox they need to solve.

Remember to switch the frequency to 5ghz on the app if your gaming. Was pissed because i was happy to cancel my cox internet till i started gaming because it was crap. But i changed that setting and was good to go

It doesnt work great for gaming. Its passible for normal stuff. It has NAT issues, no UPNP support, regular ping spikes. Dont even attempt cloud gaming, super laggy and jittery. Its a few years of upgrading away for it to be a good replacement for cable internet

Personly my location is close to 2 towers and my area is considered ultra 5g. Still wasnt good enough

I had it for a few months and it worked fine, speeds were nothing to ride home about most of the time, then out of no where the signal and speeds doubled and it worked great for three weeks then it started doing this thing where the modem would just randomly reboot and it would do it like 3 times in 20 minutes then do it again 4 hours later and it just kept doing that over and over. So I cancelled. Maybe in the summer I’ll try it again. Just sucks because the price is such a steal if you can get it to work mostly trouble free
