T-Mobile Scoops Up US Cellular Assets for $2.4 Billion

T-Mobile US Inc., the second-largest mobile carrier in the US, has agreed to buy US Cellular Corp.’s wireless operations and some of its spectrum assets for about $2.4 billion. Bloomberg's Lynn Doan reports.

Hell, if they have the money to do it, let them. I'd say they need to sell their Sprint band 26 first, then focus on US Cellular, then continue their above and beyond with SpaceX.

Uncle Sam should stop this deal, period!!! T-Mobile is about to increase prices after the acquired Sprint, Metro PCS, Mint, and now US Cellular??? Why not let Comcast, Google, Amazon, or Walmart? The three big telecom companies, AT&T, Verizon, and T-Mobile have too much pricing power and Uncle Sam is keeping its blind eyes.

Comcast does not have its own towers, nor does Google, Walmart, or Amazon. So they would still have to use one of the big three unless they are going to build there own towers.
