Wow you make it so easy. Very smart ideas on simple screens, simple frames all around simple but It works. Since the frames are made of wood , inexpensive so no need to clean, keep the old frames in case you need to print more. SMART guy. I watch you time just flies by, I like your newer videos how you use the computer voice. Keep them coming Please.

Easy, way to think outside the box. I just got my exposure time right using a led light 15 inches away for 10 mins. 100 watt light bulb and a simple 1/2 pvc pipe frame and a clamp light. Im using a premixed photo Emulsion. cannot buy "tulco" here in the U.S. I love your videos! :) I'm still using the t-shirt boards!

Love your videos because they teach in simple methods and that too using cheap materials unlike other channels. By the way how do cut school logos with name and designs. They must be very difficult manually. If you do it yourself manually, please make a video on it. I declined an order just because I didn't have the gear to cut the design.

The Water-Based paints I'm using Doesn't need Heat Curing, the paint will set by itself....the Water Based Textile Paints that I'm using is more durable than some Plastisol Inks, you can wash and Wear it for months without cracking...

If you're using Water-based paints, you can use paint REDUCER so that the Paint will be thinner and will flow smoother, it will also prolong the drying time of the Paint....

Sir ask ko lang anu po kaya problem kapag mahirap mabutas ang exposed image using White Glue and Sensitizer ng tulco. 9:1 po ratio ko, need ko pa i brush para lang mabakbak ang image. Nag add dn po pala ako ng kaunting tubig para lumabnaw ang glue okay lang po ba yun.

Hindi ko pa nasubukan mag-Add ng Tubig sa Photo-emulsion Mix kaya hindi ako sigurado kung yun ang dahilan.....Mahirap Hugasan ang Screen after Exposure kung Nasobrahan ka sa Exposure, siguro kailangan mong bawasan ng Konti ang Oras ng Exposure.....Good Luck....

Pwede nyo po punasan ng Lacquer Thinner, di ko lang nire-recommend minsan kasi matapang masyado ang lacquer Thinner nakakasunog ng balat. Kung kaya nyo po bumili ng Red Arrow Water Spray Gun sa JnJ Virgo ito po ang "the BEST" na pangtanggal at mabilis pa P2600 lang po....:)

Does this type of ink requires heat press to enhance long lifespan of the prints or naturally dries up and that's all for its durability interns of long lasting when it comes to washing and ironing from time to time ? There is need to attract customers, keep customers by quality of prints, help !!

I usually let it dry naturally but you can use hair blower to dry it quickly or when the weather is cold...the paint I'm using is so durable, it can last for years....these water-based textile paints had been used by silk screen printers before the invention of plastisol inks.....so if you see a Printed VINTAGE Jerseys or Uniforms, water-based paints textile paints had been used to print this because Plastisol inks were not invented yet.....

Ginagamit po ito para hindi mabilis magbara ang Screen, according po ito sa mga kakilala kong naglalagay ng Print Aid, pero konti lang ang lagay dahil nag cause din ito ng Bleeding o kumakalat pag nasobrahan...:)

Sa Opinion ko po TULCO po ang MAGANDANG brand ng PHOTO EMULSION, SENSITIZER at HARDENER, Kahit yung Local Photo EMULSION nila MAGANDA at mas makakamura kung Local ang Gagamitin nyo. Sa PAINTS JnJ Virgo ang Ginagamit ko dahil talagang SUBOK ko na Yung Superwhite and WETLOOK paints nila (Rubberized), although meron din magagandang Series of PAINTS ang TULCO....:)

Yes po, ginagamit ang Scooper para i-Apply ang Photo-Emulsion on Screen at ang Squeegee naman ay ginagamit sa Actual Printing for Paints....:)

@@TheNikhilDaiya Try Fevicol Heat-X. I purchased a 200ml can of it. I think a 100ml can is also available. It is a contact cement used for primarily attaching laminate to wood or boards meant for the kitchen area. Pls read manual to use it.

What you saw at near end of the Video was the actual washing, I used Foam to Clean the openings of the screen stencil, wiped the water using a rug and I will just let the white paint to dry....and in case I need to print more shirts I can still use the screen stencil....

Pag mainit ang kapaligiran mas mabilis matuyo ang pinta, kaya sa umaga o hapon ka magtatak para mas matagal matuyo...mabilis din dapat ang kilos dahil mabilis magbara ang screen pag nababakante ng matagal in between prints....

Iba po ang ink na ginagamit sa mga palstic like materials, (VINYL PAINT), minsan napwepwede rin naman ang rubberized paint pero kailangan mo mag-test print para sigurado na hindi mababakbak...:)

may project kasi ko sa pag print ng plastic na yun sa notebook dun daw pprint pwede po ba pabulong kung paano gumamit ng black ink para dun sir at may kamahalan ba pag yun ang gamit 100pcs lang kasi e 10 lang singil ko kala ko kasi pwde yung mix na paint na tinuro nyo po

Thanks for Subscribing, I think the brand of Tape I used is HONG, but you can use any Brand of packing tape and You can Also use Scotch Tape (The Transparent one)....
