'THATHA' is a 2018 Tamil language Indian short film directed by N Raja. It depicts the Human-Animal bond between a Old Farmer and an Abandoned Puppy whilst they both discover Life and its purpose.

As a dog owner, I cried a lot Such a wonderful heart touching movie Pain of film experienced only by dog lovers God gave life span short to dogs, I will pray the God to give long life for dogs. Death of pet make every dog lover become mad,I pray god to give strong heart to tolerate pet death. No words to say ,all pets with healthy life and long life.

I started crying in the last part when the thatha soul want to hug him but can't and the dog went through him and hit by lorry and finnaly it was a happy ever ending for Thatha and Mani.
