Erebus is a rather weak weapon, if you use it with this build against police you will get in trouble and probably die from it. It has a terrible fire rate and a time to kill that is one of the worst in the game. I would strongly advice as a netrunner to use the Yinglong, it will be a day and night difference.

@@T7PDM it still feels really fast when used against infected enemies as most of them will ignite on the first hit. alternatively the reflex 20 smg perk would help a lot with that but then you'd probably have to sacrifice some crit dmg from reducing cool a bit.

That would mean losing the entire 45% crit damage except the three base points. I dont see the benefit in getting any points in reflex as a netrunner.

Theoretically you can use this, especially when you play stealthy to stay out of combat. But using memory wipe first will also take much longer to upload and you may not have enough ram to fill the queue.

With Contagion you would struggle to keep on oveclock. you would have to upload synapse burnout anyway. And the Shingen shoots too slow. Dermal implant can not be updated if collected before 2.0 and Smartlink gives more ram and costs zero capacity too, if you use the ambidextrous glitch. You will never reach the damage of the Rippler with the Raven Cyberdeck. You are basically proposing a different build that is entirely not the point of the video. The purpose of the video was clearly communicated to be reaching the maximum possible damage, which is only possible in the way that was shown.

You can use the non iconic variants of the shown cyberware that use the same picture / icon. But you should really get the addon, its totally worth it.

Of course, but for some enemies you need to upload a queue to get more damage.

1.) The heatshield effect was already explained in the video. Countershell and Pyromania are not always active and not always at max, using both will make sure you are hitting 100% mitigation chance as often as possible. 2.) Chitin and FeenX are both very weak. Not to say they extremely suck.... They just dont have any significant impact to refill your ram or health faster. They only waste your capacity. Your health is getting instantly refilled from data recycler and the infinite health items you get from borrowed time. These two things are multiple order of magnitudes stronger than any regeneration effects you could use. Effects that do something over time are just too slow. No matter if you speed them up by 200%.... Its entirely not worth the capacity. 3.) I have not used the Epimorphic skeleton in this video. Did you watch a wrong video? 4.) I would not drop the Kinetic frame, atleast not for FeenX. Kinetic frame gives your base mitigation chance a serious buff, while FeenX wont even be noticeable. 5.) The non Iconic Cox 2 (Biomonitor) is much weaker. You will only be at 70% crit chance losing 30% of your entire damage on average, (as 30% will be non crits @ 100% crit damage) Its just extremely stupid to use the standard variant. Why would we put so much effort in increasing the damage with deep field and cool 18, and then not using the Cox 2, which is a much lower hanging fruit to increase the damage. 6.) The cockatrice optics are used to get 70%+ base crit chance with your other weapons. Especially the Yinglong, it would be extremely weak with only 30% crit chance. The deep field does not fully counter this and due to the distance binding its also not reliable. It is much better to have a basic 70% crit chance. And deep field also does not increase the crit chance for the Katana or your quickhacks. If at all you can swap the cockatrice out and use the Skeleton, to increase your health by 15%. This is what I seriously considered, but I scrapped it due to much weaker Yinglong / katana.

@@T7PDM depending on wheter the deep field visual interface also affects hacks or not i do think that the regular variant of the cox 2 is totally worth considering as its only 16 capacity instead 50 which makes a massive difference. If the deep field does affect the hacks then you will basically guarantee crits past a certain range and even closer than that you will still get the effect most of the time. Im using that setup atm in my personal build (with deep field and cockatrice) and in practice you basically always get crit dmg. Now im not stating that the iconic variant isnt worth it and for a build like this that absolutely wants to hit the peak of hacking it js justified. I just personally dont mind shifting a little bit of potential dmg into other benefits especially with how overkill the damage is in this build.

@@vareos9874 1.) Deep fields crit chance does not affect quickhacks. 2.) The damage of your quickhacks will be dramatically lower if you dont have 100% crit chance with them. You can test this if you use accumulated damage numbers, the damage will be reduced roughly by the amount of missing percent of crit chance, if you only have 70% crit chance, you only get around 70% of the damage. The underlying tests I did were done with a setup of 100% crit damage. People just dont understand that this is resulting in an incredible reduction of damage, its like a negative damage multiplier. Everything you gain from deep field would previously be lost if you did not use the Cox 2 optimizer. Getting the Cox 2 optimizer is a low hanging fruit to increase your damage, which should be used BEFORE anything that is more complicated. 3.) After understanding that, the Deep field is a choice to be made AFTER the COX 2 optimizer is used, and it can not be used as a replacement. It costs way more capacity and a lot of points in cool. Using the normal Biomonitor together with deep field would be a terrible choice. 4.) In conclusion the deep field is worth it as an additional way to increase your damage, after you used up every other option, but it is a big investment. Of course it also affects all your other weapons and makes you stronger overall. 5.) PS: The damage demonstrated was done in an ideal situation on the weakest possible enemy with the highest possible damage queue, while being out of combat. I was pushing and showcasing the limits of what is the maximum possible with this build. As soon as you enter combat the 50k will be reduced to half, because you lose your stealth damage multiplier and the resistance of high threat enemies will further affect it. In a combat situation you wont have enough ram to fill out the entire queue every time, so it definitely matters, if you can kill a Maxtac with a single synapse burnout or not. Especially on very hard. Most of the time you only have the ram for Synapse burnout + whatever ram is left to be used.

@@T7PDM about point 2) i dont see how a reduction in crit chance affects the damage of the crit. What you probably mean is when you have a 70% chance and you were to hack 100 enemies in a row you would roughly only get the crits on ~70 enemies instead of 100 resulting in the lost dmg, however on the enemies where it still crits it deals the same damage it would have on 100%. And my point was mostly about not really caring about the fact that every now and then you wont get the crit but all the times you still do you still get the same total damage. Because in practice this really seemed to barely matter as almost all of my hacks were doing crits. Or at least thats what i felt like despite the numbers. Which was what lead me to believe maybe the deep field interface was infact adding its crit chance to the hacks. But if it really doesn't then fair enough i do see how 70% may be too low to some. I just personally felt like the bioconductor was doing enough of a good job that you didnt have to invest that much capacity for the cox. The most important fact at least for me is that the hacks can deal crits not that they always crit which is why i dont think the bioconductor is as terrible as you make it out to be

@@vareos9874 A lot of quickhacks deal damage over time with several hits per second. The accumulated value of these hits will be lowered by the amount of missing critical hits. This is roughly matching the percent of missing crit chance. This is a simple mathematical fact that makes ALL your quickhacks deal a lot less damage. Its not that you deal randomly a lower hit on a single enemy, the result is that the sum of ALL your quickhacks will be lower! Even the quickhacks that produce only 1 final damage number, after you upload them will be affected in the same way.

Feen x and other stuff that refills ram are very weak and way to slow. Almost all your ram (health) is coming from using and triggering inifinite health items with borrowed time, not from recovery.

No, chitin is a complete waste, the regeneration even if speed up multiple times is not what gives you health, you get your health primarily from free health items from borrowed time and adrenalin. Its much better to use the optics to improve your weapon, chitin will do nothing.

That is for more ram, you have to hit your enemies while you are undetected. Weaker enemies in other parts of the city can take more damage. But your error is mainly that you have been detected, otherwise your damage should be atleast 30-50k when not detected with the quickhack combination shown. Make sure oyu have exactly the same build with the same stats. Otherwise you are comparing apples and oranges if your build is not even remotely close.

Since when do you select stats during purchase? You do that while upgrading. Just watch the whole video it was very precisely explained.

​​​​​​@@T7PDMI rewatched the relevant segment and I misunderstood what makes a piece of cyberware cheap. I thought it would be based on the tier available from the seller. But as a sidenote you do need perk(s) from technical ability to get the upgrade options at all which isn't explained in this video until the end and even then.. it was very brief "oh and get these two abilities for rerolling your stats" which created some confusion when I wasn't seeing it when trying to mimic what you did in my own game. So forgive me for missing it. In any case, I didn't say you select stats during purchase but it wasn't clear that I was confused about the items and tiers all being the same when I expected to see some tier 1s to buy cheap.

@@grimnar6725you’re correct that there was not enough explanation in the reroll, in fact, there is only one other place I’ve found info on this and it’s not a guarantee that you will get better choices on the reroll. My cyberware at the moment is tier three and not upgraded, when I do try to reroll something to get desired attributes the headshot multiplier never appears in the choices even though I have what is need for it to appear. I call the method bs

@@TruOnyxfire You get infinite health items from borrowed time! Just copy the build exactly as shown in the video, including all its perks especially from the Tech tree. Kill your enemies quicker and use the quickhacks that were shown in the video.

For Synapse burnout it only matters how much ram you put in your queue and Suicide is the most expensive one. If you like to use contagion you should use the Raven cyberdeck.

@@kromatikal Use whatever adds the most RAM to your queue. The last two must be non combat quickhacks. Suicide scales heavily and becomes much more expensive than system collapse on high threat enemies, but you can often also not afford to use it. System collapse has a discount ability that is reducing damage if you use it in quick succession.

Cyberware Capacity shards drop in order of rarity, first you get 7x green, then 4 rare, 4 epic and 2 legendary. In Dogtown you get another 5 green + 1 epic in a lootbox in the garage (which is no longer reachable if you complete the mission). You also get 1more legendary as a reward from Regina after 2.11. 356 with 4 attributes over 9 or 360 with 5 attributes over 9 is the maximum legitimate amount you can get. (+ 70 with chrome compressor.) Anything more is cheating. Play with the regular amounts.

If you’re on pc just mod it. There’s one that gives you dash and air dash without investing any perks in reflex. The only reason people invest in reflex is because of dash so instead of wasting 15 attributes and some perks, the mod is a god send.

Replace the iconic cyberware with the standard one. But if you care about making the best builds, you have to get the addon. The only iconic cyberware you get in the base game is the Axolotl.

When assigning and unassigning them, there was a glitch that gave you extra points. I never use more than you can, but these are leftover from this glitch in version 2.0.

It was explained multiple times in the video. Deep field adds another 1% per level to the existing 1.25%, so you get 2.25% crit damage per level, which is 45% at cool 20.

@@T7PDM hmm i disagree, i still go reflex 9 cool 17 to have ordinary dash, which combined with double jump allows to get into some places you wouldn't get into otherwise. cool 17 with DFVI is enough for Pride with XC-10 Cetus to oneshot all elites except heavy gunners

You did not collect all the capacity shards, 360 is the max. It s important to note that any missing shard will be lost forever if you missed to collect it, they do not drop again!!! In 2.1 you get the following shards in the base game: 7x green 7 x 2 = 14 4x blue 4 x 3 = 12 4x epic 4 x 4 = 16 2x legendary 2 x 6 = 12 1x legendary from Regina == 60 capacity (base game) In the addon you get another 14 capacity from shards. 5x green 5 x 2 = 10 1x epic = 1 x 4 = 4 (requires level 30 when looting in the stadium garage) == 14 capacity (phantom liberty) == 430 total maximum capacity in 2.1 That means 360 is the maximum amount possible without using the chrome processor Then you have to subtract 4 for every attribute that is not on 9. So 356 For most builds.

Stay out of combat, the out of combat multiplier (stealth damage) will double it to 50k. You can easily achieve this on a first or single target if you go one by one.

@@T7PDM this was outside of combat. In combat I’m doing 10k. Have the multipliers on my cyberware also + all of the perks + using your queue. I wasn’t using the yinglong. This was just pure damage from quick hacks

@@cherrybarcia7712 If you are spotted by someone else while hacking your target it will negate the effect before Synapse burnout can complete. Make sure you upload all 4 quickhacks in the correct order and your build is completely the same. With atleast 80% Quickhack damage and 95% critical damage. You also have to max your intelligence level to 20 to get the maximum DPS. If you dont reach these numbers, your damage will be lower.

I did not change the attributes for netrunners. There are only 2 sets of attributes I use. A netrunner setup with: Intelligence 20, Body 20, Tech 20 and Cool 18. And a Sandy berserk setup with: Reflex 20, Body 20, Tech 20 and Cool 18. Sometimes I only flip 2 points from something else to cool to show you the options. You should not complain here, you should complain at CDPR for not giving us respec and new game plus.

You should buy some cheap legendary cyberware such as the eyes, they dont cost too much when you upgrade them. If you get good stats, you can apply them on your other cyberware which is more expensive to upgrade. Sometimes it can take 10-20 tries to get a high roll on melee or quickhack damage. But you can even use the bad ones until you get a better roll. Dont forget your legendary stats only go on other legendary items, and epic stats go only on epic items, etc.... If you get good rolls on low tier stuff you can also apply that to other low tier items, and then upgrade them up to legendary.
