Authentic Kerala Dishes with my personal Touch 😍
Grated Coconut -1cup
Ginger-1/2tsp
Roasted chilli powder-1/2tsp
Roasted Kashmiri Chilli Powder-1/2tsp
Curry leaves-
Salt-
Coconut Oil-2tbsp
Mustard seeds-1/2tsp
Dry Red chilli-1
Small Onions-2
Method
Grind everything together to a fine paste .
Add water and mix ..
Heat oil and splutter mustard seeds ,dry red chilli ,curryleaves and pour the chutney and just heat ..
