🍲 SERVES: 8 People
🧺 INGREDIENTS
Grated Coconut (തേങ്ങ ചിരണ്ടിയത്) - 1½ Cup (120 gm)
Shallots (ചെറിയ ഉള്ളി) - 3+4 Nos
Green Chilli (പച്ചമുളക്) - 3 Nos
Ginger (ഇഞ്ചി) - ½ Inch Piece
Salt (ഉപ്പ്) - ¾ Teaspoon
Water (വെള്ളം) - ¾ Cup (180 ml)
Coconut Oil (വെളിച്ചെണ്ണ) - 2 Tablespoons
Mustard Seeds (കടുക്) - ½ Teaspoon
Dry Red Chillies (ഉണക്കമുളക്) - 2 Nos
Curry Leaves (കറിവേപ്പില) - 1 Sprig
