Tokyo is a huge city and is literally impossible to see in a day. Most people will find themselves in Shinjuku during their visit, and many end up just passing by through the train station on their way to someplace else. But there’s a lot to see and do in this part of the city.
Here are a selection of things you can do in Shinjuku. There are dozens of things you can do here, but I’ve narrowed it down to 10.

The parks are amazing - visit as many as you can. Some very nice coffee shops if you search and it's your thing too.

Years ago stayed at the 32nd floor at Hotel Gracery. When you lay down on the bed, it has huge speakers underneath when you start the video in the room. It was $480 for one night. You also get a goody bag as well.

...They...they added a new exit??? I′ve been living in Japan since March but hasn't mustered the courage to go to Shinjuku station alone... I′m so scared of being lost

Don’t be afraid. Just make sure to take your phone, use google map if necessary, and if you get lost, ask one of the train staff. Take Shinjuku one slice at a time. After multiple trips you should have no problem
