I have found that I can’t seem to go to sleep without my Sleep Easy/Restful music at night. I have done a study on myself and one night, I tossed and turned all night long. The next night, I put on my Sleep Easy Rest music and I was sound asleep within five minutes! I was astonished at how much I rely on my rest/sleep music! My husband has come to love it as well. It helps us relax our body and our mind so that we actually get a restful night sleep. Thank you so much for such beautiful creations. You don’t know how much we depend on them !!!❤️❤️❤️

Everyone in the comments talking about how relaxing it is. While that may be true, for me it gets be super hyped up. A few years ago I played this while running while having gotten no sleep the night before and ran 10 miles while listening to this the whole time. A surreal experience for me.
