Nothing is more therapeutic than building a scape map.

Yeah, we've all been there and feel your pain. Some of the big tournaments that require a lot of maps to be built (e.g., gencon, scapecon). These events typically build the maps the day before. But it might be fun if there was be a contest at the beginning of the event where everyone is given a pile of terrain and build instructions. Prizes go to the fastest builders. Then those maps are used for the tournaments that follow. Game-ify the build process.
