Just had my 22 Taco Trd sport done with ott i went with mild/medium and i absolutely love it my truck drives the way its suppose to. My tune was done by Master yota in new jersey Allan is a super nice guy i highly recommend him and the ott tune 👍

Yeah and now pedal Commander people are mad at me because I’m telling them the truth about the pedal Commander. I tried it, it’s crap. It’s a toy. The OTT is the real deal.

Thanks Chris. Nice review. I need to find who does OTT in the northeast. I am from Maine and will have to check and see on their website. You convinced me that this is the way to go! Spend a little more money to get results.

its a huge game changer, and once you upgrade gearing, tires, etc you can go back and get it refined for your setup.

@@dee151 so they refer to it as re-gearing. Honestly it’s not necessary unless you upgrade a tire size bigger than 285s. Try looking up re-gearing, a Tacoma benefits, or something along those lines.

@@dee151 basically replacing the factory gears in the front and rear diff. Typically you do this when adding lots of weight to the truck.

It’s the best mod you can do on the Tacoma….period. I have a map in the description of certified overland torque tuners. And please, PLEASE, stay away from the Pedal Commander. ROBMOTIVE is a snake that gets paid to lie to people. OTT doesn’t pay me. Remember, check that map first and see if you have a local OTT tuner near you. You could also find the map in Chloe Kuo’s videos.

Does this mod affect mpg? Any negatives ? Got a ‘20 trd or, definitely considering it, I flashed my motorcycle ecu to get rid of the epa crap, night & day

Just did mine yesterday..mild/medium and my mpg went about 2 mpg. Mine has 33s on it an i was struggling to hit 15 mpg on my way to work..this morning, first ride to work it was at 17mpg an i was in the pedal

Just did my 2.7 with OTT extra spicy, threw away my pedal commander. I advise anyone with 2.7 get the tune.

They wouldnt know that you have a tune unless they went through the computer looking for a tune. No dealership is going to do that. Whereas when it comes to the Pedal Commander, all they have to do is look at your pedal and realize that something is connected to it.. there are all types of horror stories, when it comes to the Pedal Commander, and not one bad story about the Overland torque tune. Remember, Robmotive is getting paid to advertise the Pedal Commander, and so are a lot of KZfaqrs. I’m not getting a dime from advertising, the Overland torque tune. I just want people to stop getting ripped off. Also I had the pedal Commander and it doesn’t solve anything. The OTT solves everything. I promise.

I pick up brand new TRD OR, 6 Months ago, I bought extended warranty, but I'm getting my truck tune next week, they will not find it ,
