This estate is great but please my request is , provide pedestrians path , should be separated from the vehicle way to avoid, calamity. Also I wish this estate is built like the way you build the Port Harcourt one to avoid waisting of land .

Love your emphasis on landcaping. A fancy house/car surrounded by "disorganized" dirt is not as welcoming/aesthetically impressive. Good landscaping & paving can help w/ flooding also.

Yes brother you always keep nature going with keeping the trees planted. And the complex looks great as you say too you learn from the first development and make corrections in the next house in the TAF city.

That is very beautiful but when are you going to build store building tall and high building are good it's make the country look beautiful and I think you should start building store building and sell some flat too.
