real ones know the news update at the start of the vid is one of the best parts, if people wanna click off or skip ahead then they're weak and will not survive the winter absolutely obsessed with the Lamb Carousel, its so effective and ingenious but I've just never seen one before so it cracks me up seeing em in their little car seats Slug modelling it up with her soulful, vaguely quivering, kinda perpetually on the verge of tears expression to really sell that 4x4 commercial- we call em UTVs up round here, I see ranchers in em all the time, once heard them described as "outdoorsy golf carts" which really sums em up

Tara you are awesome and you must have perfect eyesight to spot everything you do as you drive on your checks. I’m an Aussie (Queenslander) and I’m so down for the say it as you mean it, direct talk, we don’t mind an expletive at all. Aussie lingo has expanded so that f*** , sh**, wan***, and a couple more are just common speak for a lot of people. I think there is so much less drama around these words in Australia now, and people swear in other countries so I see no problem 😊. Keep on keeping on and ignore the haters just focus on the great following of people you are building.

Hello Zara, I've just come across your content tonight. I'm a shepherd in the UK, so I'm really enjoying watching you work. Crows are" nobby " here too... Townies ( as I call them here) are often full of "advice " they always fail to notice that shepherd's and farmers really do care about our ewes and are doing what is best.

We use those ATV's with windows and heating, etc. where I work. They break and have to be replaced about every 18 months. The rest of the time, they get overheated in the Summer and stop in the middle of the road. They work great when they're not having issues. And we're not farming, just driving on paved streets and parking lots.

I’m an old French woman and sometimes when I’m very tired my brain doesn’t want anything to do with English and sort of freezes out anything not French and that ’s when I click off from an English speaking site . So lots of people who click off might also be people for whom English is a second language and can’t help it when their brain says " stop " . Don’t mind us and just go on with entertaining people . 😊

I also watch other sheep/dairy farming channels, mainly ones based in the UK, and it's very interesting to see how farming/livestock mgmt practices vary depending on how your operation is set up. Frankly, the numbers of sheep you run tends to still boggle my mind. 😄 Love Typo - cool to watch her on the job and also in Slug mode - and if I was a knitter it would be awesome to send you some lamb pull-overs, but alas... I recently found your channel through your visit to Sandie in Canada. I livid in Canada in Alberta on a cattle ranch for several years but am from central Victoria not too far from you. I love watching your videos and hearing an Aussie perspective especially as most Aussie sheep farmers farm outside. Keep being you. If people are turning off because you talk too much then they are obviously not the people you want to have on your channel anyway.
