I’ve seen a lot of instructors online but this one is by far the best in my opinion for beginners. The simple fact that there is no distracting background no fluorescent lights no waterfalls etc. nothing to distract you from the movements that are performed. The movements are performed slowly and there are enough repetitions performFor you to catch on easily and if that’s not enough the commentary is excellent and easy to follow. After taking my class yesterday I was so worried that I wouldn’t find Video to supplement my learning and I stumbled upon this gem! Thank you so much for making this

An exceptional teaching video and by far one of the very best on KZfaq.

This and the other three parts are by far the best way of learning the Beijing 24 properly, as you would be instructed in a class run by a master.

how to breathe?
@jimkeen76746 жыл бұрын
Breathe naturally. My tai chi instructor tells us when to breathe, but we are also told that when first learning the forms, breathing naturally is fine. Most important, do not hold your breath!

@DeniseSkidmore7 жыл бұрын
At beginner speed it shouldn't be. You should have your weight entirely on the back leg and reach out with the front and set it down gently.
