Helen really reminds me of one my past students in China. She looks so pretty & peaceful in her pink & black flowery tshirt with stunning backdrop of nature & green trees. The sound of flowing water is lovely. We always did Tai Chi in the quietest places in China with the sound of birds, music & water. The atmosphere of this video is one of zen relaxation with muscular stretch. Ideal 'post natal peace' & before doing a more dynamic form of Tai Chi, Qi Gong or Kung Fu with Jake Mace. It's a perfect warm up. Thank you Helen 4 this serene few minutes of 'Wake Me Up Before You Go Go' 4 brain & body in a park with U 2, music from China & Harmony with Chi, Tea, & French Brie

Please try this- take a warm, comfortable bath+ 1 third or less of borax tin the water,, 2x weekly, using oil, massage then tweeze the sore areas, avoid contact with dark spots, guide the tweezer over lighter and white areas of skin, use arc and spiral motion for - massage and tweezing. Buff afterwards with a rough cloth.I have resolved many longterm problems once getting wise to this amazing curative method. Important to also massage scalp, and scale hands, wrists, feet, ankles, etc. as toxins are released through the skin, your circulation will greatly improve.Daily, attention to different areas gets results, gradually, you feel and see remarkable improvement.Check out the various massage and acupressure videos, too. Hope you have been doing better. Tai chi, yes, mind/body therapy, less swelling of the body than most physical activities. Also, avoid over-exposure to intense heat, again, to avoid swelling. Take care!
