idk why but i feel incredibly strong nier vibes, especially around 7:15 some of the vocals remind me of "Gods Bound by Rules" and other similar osts, and some of the melody reminds me of emil's theme/ leitmotif

It's eroge so be prepared for sex scenes. Otherwise, yes, it is possible to play it while translating your way through, but you won't have a particularly nice experience doing that.
