Taittiriya Upanishad (Hindi) | Five Sheaths Of the Body Explained

Күн бұрынThe Taittiriya Upanishad is part of the Krishna Yajur Veda. Bhrigu Valli is the story of the conversation between Rishi Bhrigu and his father Varuna.
It explains how one can attain knowledge of the ultimate reality, Paramatma or Brahman, through a step-by-step process.
Like many other Upanishadic stories, Bhrigu Valli has a very simple setting. But as it progresses, it takes us through many profound concepts while still keeping the tone very simple and easy to follow.
Bhrigu Valli discusses the three types of bodies and the five sheaths of our existence. One by one, it strips away each of these sheaths to reveal the ultimate reality of the self or Atman and explains that this very Atman is nothing but Brahman.
I will discuss all of this in this video.

कृपया उर्दू शब्दों के प्रयोग ना करें । कायम, वापिस, आदि अन्य और भी उर्दू शब्दों का प्रयोग किया गया है। हमारी क्षमता में बिना उर्दू के बोलना भी सम्भव है ।
