STICKY RICE ROLLS RECIPE [粢飯]
This recipe makes 11 sticky rice rolls [製成十一條]
INGREDIENTS [食材]
800g Sweet Rice [糯米]
2 Sticks Fried Dough Fritter [油炸鬼]
Some Pork Floss [肉鬆]
Some Pickled Vegetables [炸菜]
100ml Hot Water [熱水]
3/4tsp Salt [鹽]
1tsp Sugar [糖]
DIRECTIONS [製作]
1. Rinse sticky rice clean, soak in water for 4 hours. [糯米洗净,用水浸泡四個小時。]
2. Soak pickled vegetables in water for 20 minutes, strain, set aside. [炸菜用水泡二十分鐘,瀝乾待用。]
3. Finely dice pickled vegetables, stir fry and add some sugar, set aside to cool. [炸菜切碎,炒香加入少許糖調味備用。]
4. Strain and steam sticky rice for 35 minutes, set aside. [瀝乾水蒸三十五分鐘至熟,取出備用。]
5. Use hot water to melt salt and sugar, mix it into sticky rice. [鹽和糖用熱水搅溶,加入糯米飯捞匀。]
6. Place a sheet of saran wrap, spread on a thin layer of rice, press rice to flatten, sprinkle some pork floss, some pickled vegetables, a piece of fried dough. With the seran wrap, roll it up into a log, serve [用一張保鮮膜放平,放飯在一邊略壓,放入肉鬆和少許炸菜碎,再放入油條,連同保鮮膜卷起,再两邊卷實即成。].
