Bubble tea is just an integral part of the Taiwanese culture and has fascinated the world in recent years! It's such a fun drink to socialise and to meet up with friends.
In this video I am showing you how to prepare two variations of bubble tea: a milky and a fruity version. I used pre-made fruit jelly pearls for my bubble teas, but you can obviously cook the classic tapioca pearls yourself. You can even mix it up as you wish - add syrup or use a different kind of tea, use creamer instead of milk; you name it!
Milky black bubble tea:
- 1 cup black tea with 1tsp of sugar
- 1/2 cup milk
- 4tbsp passionfruit fruit jelly pearls
- ice cubes
Fruity green bubble tea:
- 1 cup of green tea with 1tsp of sugar
- 1/2 cup orange juice
- 4 tbsp passionfruit fruit jelly pearls
- ice cubes
The variations of bubble tea are just unlimited - which is what I love about this unique conception of tea!
