In this video we probably see the biggest collection of Shigefusa knives in the world. And then some!
Floris, a.k.a the Shig Lord, a.k.a His Shigness, a.k.a Lord of the Shigs, invited me to visit him at his "Shig Museum" in his lovely home in Saint-Sulpice, Switzerland. I had a wonderful weekend and put this video together for all you fellow Chef Knives Enthusiasts out there. Thank you Floris, Kye and Christian!
