I would move in, in a heartbeat! Private backyard with room for a pool, 2 - primary suites with bathroom windows that do not give the world a view of what you are doing in the bathroom, you can look out your windows and not look into your neighbor's house, and vice versa. Love it!❤

Stunningly beautiful. Aside from the two primary suites having incomplete closets. Why is that? For the price point, they should have been completed as well.

Yea, I’m not sure what the plan is there. They should have built-ins. The seller is offering closing incentives, so it is possible they may be accounting for closets in that way.

IT'S BRAND NEW CONSTRUCTION. So there are a few more small areas to complete yet. I believe it's even under contract now. Some really, really nice homes in that area.

Beautiful home. I’m seeing that honeycomb pattern in the bathroom and laundry room floor more often . And for the first time I’m seeing it as a wall pattern in this home 🏠. Nice job

I love it has everything it spacious the floors the ceiling high the ceiling fans walk out to the back yard from one of the bedroom it a excellent home I love the black fire place it's the idea home

This house is DEFINITELY OVERPRICED! Primary closets are unfinished, no basement, and basic backyard. 600,000 max!

So appreciating the double main bedrooms on both floors. The selfish side of me wants to take the loft area and make it a sitting room for the main bedroom upstairs. This is a very nice house and the price hurt my feelings real bad lol.
