Hi mate . What’s the difference of the paye and umbrella while I do agency nursing . What makes the difference. Please explain in a video

Hi Ajmal. PAYE means pay as you earn, tax and national insurance is deducted before you get paid. Umbrella company act as a third party employer for agency staff.
