Same. I was badly injured (a year ago, today) in a really bad fall, and 2023 as a whole was unbearably hard through recovery and other health struggles, as well as severe mental health struggles. I love that Manyua, Xiaobai, and their Dad are out here making the world a little more lovely and wonderful, and just....*kinder* for us all. I hope this year is better to you and your depression and anxiety quiet down!!

Hola! Me gustaría recomendarte meditar, escuchar melodías relajantes, tomar infusiones, hacer estiramientos de yoga relajantes, también podes aplicar mindfullnes en tu día a día. RECUERDA ESTO, cada día cuando te vengan pensamientos negativos que no te aporten nada bueno, obligarte a desechar ese pensamiento y enfocate en algo positivo, y sí, cuesta mucho pero con los días, semanas y meses, creeme que notarás como ese sufrimiento va disminuyendo, recuerda que debes ser positivo y sé que tu situación no es agradable en este momento pero creeme que podrás salir de eso. Viniste a esta tierra a encontrar tu felicidad y a amarte, te mereces vivir y tener una vida con bienestar físico y mental. Te doy otro consejo, utiliza tus manos para darte amor, date un abrazo cuando te sientas muy mal y por nada en el mundo utilices tus manos para algo malo. Saludos, se que mi mensaje te servirá.
