So many memories... The first time I met them I not even knew who they were, it was their very first trip abroad (Madrid). I was 20, Rob was only 19! The last time I saw them, in Madrid, I somehow knew that had been the very last time, don't know why, but I wasnt' wrong... I loved these guys so much because they deserved it, esp Jay. I wasn't there in their return. What teenagers had lived with them I had already lived it with my band of my teen years, Spandau Ballet. But they're definitely a part of our lives and I'm so very happy that the have evolved in such a mature way. The boy band had to happen for them to become a part of the international musical scene,. I'm so very proud of them.

...OMG!I just cried my eyes out...I've had such a difficult time at primary school.. I'm from The Netherlands..Almost all 4-year olds (99,3%) attent Primary school (although this is not compulsory until children reach the age of 5). Primary school consists of 8 groups (thus 8 years of schooling). The first two years (group 1 & 2 = kindergarten).. From the first day that I attended primary school at age 4 until the last day at age 12 I have endured severe bullying..Never had friends..not even one..I didn't understand, felt so incredibly lonely, afraid & sad..Of course this took a toll on me to this level of desperation when I went (successfully) from group 4 to group 5. I was just half way..still had 4 years to go..I felt like I couldn't bare another 4 years of pure hell..How could I survive? At that time I got familiar with Take That..their music, the boys (back then!)..My world got revolved around Take That.. I truly can say that Take That has saved my life..my early childhood...To this day, I'm so grateful (Now I'm 40+ years old)..Couldn't thank the guys enough.. Without them I would got scarred for life because of this enduring trauma, in such an important fase of my life (developmental etc)..❤️

So touching. Being a post-Soviet kid, I didn’t have even a tenth of that information and the band’s presence in our lives, because we physically didn’t have any channels of such information. Then MTV came to our countries and we were given that precious gift of 90’s Take That, who were the same age with us. Then they split up and I felt so betrayed that I never looked back at them. 25 years later I watched the movie and actually had a sobbing breakdown at the Shine scene, when I saw older heroines and still young boys. I sobbed and sobbed, as if I saw my old friends still young and around. Objectively, I see all the flaws of the movie (which are many), but emotionally it struck me and made me feel something strong and relieved. Thank you, guys.

This is so beautiful! I feel all these girls were so lucky to have grown up loving TT. Being an American, I just recently discovered them and immediately fell in love with them. And yes I have already made great friendships thanks to them. There is without a doubt something very special about them and everything they do.
